The design purpose of this equipment is for the factory electrical testing of three-phase asynchronous motors and DC motors. Through automated testing, it determines whether the motor products meet the control standards of the tested items and issues a test report.
This equipment is designed for testing low-voltage squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motors, wound-rotor three-phase asynchronous motors, and DC motors.
Three-phase asynchronous motor testing includes: DC resistance testing, insulation resistance testing, inter-turn insulation testing, power frequency withstand voltage testing, and no-load testing.
DC motor testing includes: no-load testing.

After starting the test, first measure the current ambient temperature as the basis for correcting the resistance; According to the resistance range set in the "Parameter Settings", select the corresponding range, measure the resistance of the three lines of the three-phase stator in sequence, and calculate the resistance imbalance. After converting according to the requirements of GB/T 1032-2023, compare the measurement results with the upper and lower limits set in the "Parameter Settings" to automatically determine whether they are qualified or not. If they are unqualified, terminate the testing of other projects on this line. If they are qualified, continue the testing of other projects on this line.
Before measuring this project, it is necessary to measure the background insulation of the equipment in advance to calculate the final actual measurement results. During testing, the testing equipment applies a DC voltage of 500V between the tested winding and the casing (ground wire). The measured insulation resistance is subtracted from the background and displayed as the test result output. It automatically determines whether it is qualified or not based on the preset lower limit value in the "parameter settings".
Before testing, standard waveform sampling should be done in advance to determine the sampling rate and amplification factor. During testing, the adjusted inter turn high voltage will be applied to both ends of the tested stator winding. Then, the testing program will overlay the collected oscillation waveforms generated by the three windings with the pre sampled standard waveform on the screen (to compare the overlap with the standard waveform). The testing program will automatically compare and calculate them, and judge the good or bad inter turn insulation strength based on the upper limit of the area difference set in the "parameter settings" and other standards.
After the tested motor runs continuously under idle running until the loss is stable, adjust it to the rated voltage. By pressing the "Start" button for the second time, measure the voltage, current, power and frequency of the motor under no-load condition, and correct the measured data according to the voltage value set in "Parameter Setting", calculate the no-load current, power and current unevenness, judge whether it is qualified or not, and display all the data on the screen.
Before measuring the project, it is also necessary to measure the background leakage current of the testing device; Apply the same power frequency high voltage between the tested motor winding and the shell to measure the leakage current generated, deduct the background and display it as the final result, and automatically judge whether it is qualified or not based on the upper and lower limits set in the "parameter settings".
After the tested DC motor runs continuously in idle state until the loss stabilizes, the armature voltage, current, excitation voltage, and current of the DC motor under no-load are measured, and the qualification is judged. All data is displayed on the screen.
